Doo Defenders - Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 30, 2025

By using Doo Defenders’ services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
We provide weekly/biweekly pet waste removal across West Michigan.

2. Billing & Payments

  •  New customers prepay monthly.
  • A card on file is required.
  • Missed payments pause service; reminders are sent

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No contracts. Cancel anytime.
  • Unsatisfied? Get a full refund for that month.

4. Access Requirements

  • Unlocked gate and safe dog behavior required.
  • Aggressive pets or blocked access = visit skipped

5. Missed Visits

  • Severe weather or holidays may delay service by 1 day.
  • Unsafe roads may cause cancellation.

6. Photos

  • Techs take bagged waste/gate photos for records or marketing.
  • No house numbers or private info shown.

7. Service Cancellation
We may cancel for repeated missed payments, unsafe yards, or excessive buildup.

8. Liability
We’re not liable for injuries or damage caused by pets, property hazards, or yard conditions.
